Eva’s classes are inspired by teaching from various teachers and choreographers that she had a chance to study with or collaborate. Eva believes that the true dance comes from the very inside of our being. Emotions, instincts, passions, memories, dreams… those are things which moves her. Her goal is not only to encourage the students to work on their physical abilities but also to discover themselves as people, to find their own unique movement essence, which she considers as a main element in anybody’s true honest dancing.

OPEN CLASSES

​

Eva’s classes contain warm-up which involves yoga asanas and structured improvisation tasks to tune in with the body. After the warm-up, technical exercises still inside of the structured improvisation follows. The session usually ends with a time of a research on a chosen theme when the students have time to enter their bodies even deeper within the rules of the task. Some of her classes also contain teaching of a choreography material.

WORKSHOPS

(time of the creativity)

​

Longer sessions (two and more days) where students can discover physical possibilities of their bodies and limits of their technique, as well as they have a time to explore their creativity. Different creative tasks are introduced each day of the workshop. Throughout the time of the workshop participants are having the chance to work individually, in a pair and also in groups and create their short choreographies.

Both, open classes and workshops can be designed for a need for a different groups and levels of the dancing skills (from beginners to professionals).
